12-hour cancellation policy
At Soft Glow By Emily, I value your time and mine. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and advance notice allows me to offer the time to another client. Please give at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
12+ hours' notice
Cancel or reschedule with 12 or more hours' notice and no fee will be charged.
Under 12 hours
Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows
A no-show may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Repeated cancellations
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full service price may still apply.

Answers before your first appointment
- Where is the studio?
- 330 Sunrise Highway, Suite #260, Rockville Centre, NY 11570. It is on the second floor of the Citizens Bank building, inside All In One Beauti Studios.
- Which facial should I book?
- Glow Express is a quick refresh, Morning Glow is the signature facial, Clear & Glow is for acne-prone skin and Age Turnover targets fine lines. Not sure? Call or message Emily and she will help you choose.
- How long does a lash lift last?
- A lash lift is a semi-permanent curl that lasts for weeks. Add a tint for a no-mascara-needed look.
- How do I prep for a facial?
- Come with your usual skin. If you use retinoids or strong acids, pause them a few days before, especially before dermaplaning or microdermabrasion.
- How long does hair need to be before waxing?
- About a quarter inch, roughly two to three weeks of growth, so the wax has something to grip.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Please give at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50% and no-shows 100% of the service.
